Auction inventory control — MFS to AF360
Building / Station
Set this device's building name. Pick lists are scoped per building so multiple locations won't overwrite each other.
How it works
- Scan items in Manyfastscans (MFS) and export a CSV.
- Import the CSV here — each item gets a permanent serial number and keeps its MFS lot number (the physical sticker).
- Build an auction: arrange lots, assign AF360 lot numbers, and export the AF360 lots template CSV.
- After the auction, import the AF360 sold/unsold report to build a pick list grouped by customer.
- Workers use the pick list: AF360 lot → MFS lot (the sticker) → find the item on the shelf.

Cloud Backup
Backs up lot tracking data (MFS lot, auction lot, location, status, buyer) to the cloud. Photos are not included. Use this as a safety net — if your browser data is cleared, you can restore from here.
Fresh Start (Keep Current Auction)
Snapshots the current auction's lot assignments (by MFS lot + location), wipes all inventory, photos, and ghost items, then auto-reapplies those lots when you import a clean MFS CSV — so the auction keeps running on accurate data. The archive and serial counter are preserved.
Archive & Reset
Move all sold, picked, and relist items to the Performance archive, then clear active inventory for the next auction. Photos and listed/sold/picked/relist items are archived; only in-stock items remain active.
