Parse a Manyfastscans export and assign permanent serial numbers.

Lot Number format

A lot like 341ab means MFS lot 341 at shelf location ab (rack a, layer b). Bulk lots end in y (e.g. 3y). Lots without a suffix get serial S??-NNNN.
